During this webinar, you’ll be introduced to the reasons why people research historic sites and structures, gain basic to intermediate knowledge about how to facilitate such research, and learn about the resources available, as well as research DOs and DON’Ts.

National Poem in Your Pocket Day

On Poem in Your Pocket Day, people celebrate by selecting a poem, carrying it with them, and sharing it with others throughout the day at schools, bookstores, libraries, parks, workplaces, and online. Pocket poems will be distributed here at the library, as well as local coffee shops. This is a collaborative celebration for National Poetry Month led by Connect2Culture, Post Art Library, and Pub Hound Press.

Are you ready for some physics fun? Us too!
While we eagerly wait for the day we open the doors to our science center, we’re excited to introduce our Show Me STEAM: Physics Fun bags! A limited number of bags will be offered, each with a science experiment to do from the comfort of your home.
This week, we’ll have 50 bags filled with Drop on In; this experiment explores inertia, energy, and Newtonian physics This is an activity you can do as a team so we’ll have one bag per family until they run out!
