Stressed out?  Got finals?  Relax with soothing stressbusters that feed your creativity.  Starting at noon on Monday, May 16, teens can pick up a free kit in the Teen Department or through curbside pickup. Supplies are limited, so grab one before they’re gone!

Anniversary Celebration: 120 Years of Service & 5 Years on 20th

Joplin Public Library Anniversary Celebration:  Help the Joplin Public Library celebrate two major milestones – 120 Years of Service to the Joplin community & 5 Years at our current location on 20th Street!   A formal welcome will take place at 2 pm, after which attendees will be encouraged to take part in activities throughout the Library, during this come-and-go style event. There will be live music and refreshments.  All ages are welcome and the event is free and open to the public.
