House Story: Researching Historic Sites & Structures

It’s commonly said that every house has a story. Likewise, so does every building, site, or structure. Join us in Community Room East inside Joplin Public Library as Post Art Library Executive Director, Jill Sullivan, presents about researching historic sites and structures.

During this presentation, you’ll learn about why people research old homes, buildings, and places; you’ll gain basic to intermediate knowledge about how to conduct such research; and you’ll learn about common resources available, as well as research DOs and DON’Ts.

Free and open to the public. No registration necessary.
