Passport Fees

There are two different types of passports – a book and a card. To travel internationally by air, you must apply for a passport book. To cross land borders or ports-of-entry by sea from Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Bermuda, you can apply for a passport book or card. Please note that there are TWO SEPARATE FEES for passport application. You will need to submit a separate payment for each fee. Execution fee: due per application and payable to Joplin Public Library. Passport fee: payable to U.S. Department of State. Please note that passport execution fees are non-refundable, and the Joplin Public Library is not liable for any missed travel.
