		American National Biography Offers portraits of more than 18,000 deceased men and women -- from all eras and walks of life -- whose lives have shaped the nation. This database can only be accessed on computers in the Joplin Public Library.
		Ancestry Library Edition A genealogy research tool that provides instant access to a wide range of unique resources for genealogical and historical research including more than 1.5 billion names in over 4,000 databases, records from the United States Census, military records, court, land and probate records, vital and church records, directories, passenger lists and more. This database can only be accessed on computers in the Joplin Public Library.

		Facts on File World News Digest Brings together content from the Facts On File World News Digest since 1980 and selected content from six other core reference databases to answer questions about events, issues, statistics and people of the last 20 years. 		Funk & Wagnalls New World Encyclopedia (Ebscohost) General encyclopedia with over 25,000 entries covering a variety of subjects.
		Health Source – Consumer Edition (Ebscohost) Consumer health information from health related magazines and reports.
		Health Source: Nursing/Academic Edition (Ebscohost) Full-text articles and indexing for scholarly journals from the field of medicine.
		HeritageQuest This online database is an essential collection of unique material including the U.S. federal census images and indexes from 1790 to 1930, more than 20,000 book titles, including nearly 8,000 family histories and over 12,000 local histories, in addition to more than 250 primary source documents such as tax lists, city directories, probate records, and more.

		Kids Search (Ebscohost) Interface designed for students in grades K-8 to search Primary Search, Newspaper Source, Funk & Wagnalls New World Encyclopedia, and Ebsco Animals with one search.
		Lawchek Basic law information database covering the 50 states. The database includes legal forms, information on federal agencies and lawyers, and selected form letters. This database can only be accessed on computers in the Joplin Public Library.
		Learning Express Library A Library of test preparation materials and interactive practice exams based on official tests including the GED, ACT, ASVAB, Advanced Placement, and GRE. Users get immediate scoring, complete answer explanations, and an individualized analysis of results. Users must have a Joplin Public Library library card. 		Litfinder (Includes Poemfinder and Storyfinder) LitFinder is international in scope, covers all time periods, and contains primary literature content, including more than 126,500 full-text poems, 850,000 poem citations and excerpts, 5,000 full-text short stories, 2,800 full-text essays, 1,800 full-text speeches, and 1,000 full-text plays.
		MAS Ultra – School Edition (Ebscohost) Full-text coverage of 500 magazines, 350 reference books, biographies, primary source documents, and images designed for high school libraries.
